Flirty should come with a small initial charge and be travel locked out of the box.  

Travel Lock:
Quickly press the button 3 times until you feel 2 vibrations.

ON/OFF:
Turn the vibrator on by pressing the power button. The LED light will light up when the vibrator is on. While it is on, you can turn it off at any time by pressing the button once.

How to Use:
“Press and Hold” the button to increase the intensity of the vibration.

Cleaning:
There is a cleaning brush included which will help you to properly clean the grooves of the metallic band and around the button.
